I found the bins at Target. They were in the aisle with closet/laundry storage and some college stuff.
The shelves we bought at Wegmans. Every summer during back-to-school they have these folding shelves. They're a shorter version of the ones in the "library." Here's the website, but it doesn't have much info: http://www.casualhome.com/
